Came on weekend 3pm, no line. Laksa and kaya toast were fine. Barley drink no taste. Padang cake was not too sweet

Toast Box is a place where I go for coffee and butter toast. The interior of Toast Box at Esplanade Mall gives a sense of old school. I enjoy the layout. It's well litted and spacious. It offers some local delights for those who are looking for cheaper meal options at Esplanade Mall. The butter toast is crispy and sweet. Butter is fragrant. Right outside Toast Box, it's the entrance of the taxi stand and bus stop. Toilet is also within walking distance.

Somehow i think of this place whenever i crave for Mee Rebus. (okok. i got another joint at Canberra but that's not the most accessible of places) It's really surprisingly good for a chain and takes a whole lot of will power not to slurp down all the gravy. The location is really superb and convenient and doesn't hurt that the kopi is great too!!! I know i know, it's a kopi place first but yeah, always a treat to be here when I come for my car wash, but that is another story for another day!

Consistent Toast Box Goodness! This outlet is great for a relaxing meal and is not crowded. I love how spacious and bright the dining area is. Food is consistent with all the other outlets and the kopi is fantastic as always. Service is good.

Reliably good toasts and savory dishes. We enjoyed the traditional kaya toast and cheesy ham and egg thick toast. Strong, delicious kopi.
